Shortly after, Korea where cosmetics are highly developed found that makeup brushes can do better to match their cosmetic line. Most Korean factories build in Cangzhou and Tianjin China. About 70% of High-end makeup brushes all over the world are from both places, especially Cangzhou. They’ve also taken try to copy the factory to Southeast Asia for further cost-reducing. That was failed as craft complicated and quality under the standard.

Cangzhou usually provides brushes for some high-end brands e.g. ABH, ZOEVA, L’oreal(luxury sub-brand), HCT, and Sephora, etc. So if your brand serves makeup artists and some quality pickers, Cangzhou is better.
